My Story
Thank you for taking the time from your busy day, to not only purchase Scentsy merchandise from me, but to read my story.
I love candles. I love my house smelling wonderful. Then I blow them out before I leave the room and all of a sudden that wonderful smell goes away as the black smoke lingers over the candle and that awful burnt smell dissipates as the wick burns away a bit longer. Sound familiar? NOW we don’t have to.
I discovered Scentsy (Spring 2014) when I attended my first party as a favour to my best friend’s son’s girlfriend - Shawna. I fell in love with so many of the wonderful fragrances that it was hard for me to pick the few I was going to buy. At that party I bought some Scentsy Bars to place in my tea light melters. I was not ready to purchase a warmer. That’s okay. I loved that I was not pressured into buying anything but what I wanted. I DO NOT like to be pushed into anything.
Another acquaintance of mine- April started to sell Scentsy in August and I saw her frequent posts online. Shawna asked if she could co-host a party at my house. To help both of them out I decided to do it with April as our Scentsy Independent Consultant.
Watching the enthusiasm of my guests, along with the rewards for becoming an Independent Consultant, and that Scentsy has been around for over ten years, encouraged me to become the Scentsy Independent Consultant I am today (November 2014). Oh, plus the extra money I would make … who doesn’t want money?!? Tiny giggle.
I LOVE the idea of a wickless warmer that will be safe for my cat and dog. My house will smell amazing EVERY DAY, not only on the days when I will be in a room for a while with the candle warmer.
Knowing I have close to 100 different custom Scentsy Fragrances to choose from for my Scentsy Bars to place in my Scentsy warmers along with Rooms Sprays, Scent Circles, Scent Paks, and Travel Tins ensures I will always have a smell I LOVE in my home, car or even hotel for when I travel.
I was staying at home with little motivation to get dressed most days because of some physical and mental challenges I have been battling with for just over the past decade. I knew that by not having something to look forward to it was not allowing me to get up and get out. So I am trying to make my life better. I joined Scentsy for the reason to get out and meet people and have a purpose in my life.- I have done this and more!!
I can set my own pace and do as little or as much work I want to. I look forward to you helping me achieve this goal.
